Spay and Neuter

Spaying and neutering is an important decision and can result in various behavioral and medical benefits for cats and dogs, including:

  • Reduced aggression in males
  • No heat cycle for females
  • No unwanted pregnancies
  • Females will not develop ovarian or mammary cancer
  • Males will be less likely to engage in marking and spraying
  • Eliminates the risk of testicular cancer in males

When should your pet be spayed or neutered? Females can go into their first heat cycle as early as 6 months of age for dogs and even younger for cats. Give us a call for more information.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a non-invasive method of pain management that is used to treat a variety of conditions and can be performed in conjunction with existing treatments. Laser treatment uses deep-penetrating light to promote the stimulation of injured cells and the release of endorphins. Laser Therapy can help with numerous issues like:

  • Osteoarthritis
  • Post-surgical Pain
  • Joint Pain
  • Neck and back pain
  • Hip Dysplasia-Muscle Strains
  • Chronic Wounds

Diagnostics

Issues with our pets are not always obvious during a physical exam and sometimes require further testing. If necessary, we offer:

  • In-hospital blood work

  • Cultures on skin, eyes, ears and urine

  • Tumors
  • Bowel and/or Urinary Tract Obstructions
  • Liver, Kidney and/or Heart Disease
